The 10 Day Smoothie Cleanse/Detox
I am excited. Get excited with me, yay! I want to share this cleanse I am doing with you all. This cleanse was created by J.J. Smith. She put all the information in a book. There are over 100 recipes in her book. The cleanse has 10 recipes. One cleanse for each day. I am on day 4 and I only liked the taste of day 1 smoothie. I did not add stevia, but everyone's taste is different. So, I just added the recommended about of stevia for day 2 and day 3 smoothies. It ended up tasting like bananas. Not a strong banana taste, but a light banana taste. This is my 4th day like I mentioned before. I am writing a diary/journal of how I feel/felt on this cleanse. I have been feeling great. I was challenged on the 2nd day to go without snacking. I tell you that was hard. Since this cleanse is new to me and my body. I made it through that 2nd day. I surely was hungry, but drinking water helped. Now back to the 10 day cleanse. I will document what I experienced here on my blog each day. I will also do a combined youtube video sharing my experience. I might even use other platforms like Facebook and Periscope.
